know? My mother found them incredibly strong and we never stayed long in
Cornwall, more time in Devon and East Sussex. Penzance and Falmouth were both
heavy places for her energetically.”
Deepak Aurora writes "I think it's a combination of things..firstly I seriously worry about weather manipulation/geo-enginering in the u.k,,,secondly the earth is being hit with stronger solar energies,a lot of my friends including myself (sleeping WAY too much) are going thru extremes...what is important is that we are blessed to be healthy after riding the waves. Sure, forces stronger than nature are at work."

think you are just excited with the way your life is. Everything is going
perfect with your life. I have noticed how you stay in gratitude, that in
itself is very good for over all mind, body and soul. That is what is keeping
you up and you want to see life, rather then sleeping it away. All that staying
up and burning the midnight oil is just your body adjusted to that. I don't
think anything is wrong. I just feel sometimes you don't have to always sleep
to get rested. There are times just sitting is just as much good rest as
sleeping. Even with Yoga is a form of resting. So even though you may feel you
are not resting you are. It would not surprise me one bit if you are doing Yoga
Nidra without even realizing it, that is yoga with built in napping, that is a
powerful sleep in a short space of time and is more powerful then 8 hours
sleep.There is that famous genius think it was Galileo can't remember who he
used to sleep 45mins a day and that was enough. Even doing a few naps here and
there are ok. You don't have to do a full 8 hour sleep in one go. You can
spread it out in the day. I do that at times. I take a 10min nap here and there
and then start again. I think you are well and healthy as you are using
holistic remedies. If you go to the doctor they will just label your with some
made up illness or disease and you don't want that. I would just accept that
you are strong, healthy, full of energy because of your healthy eating and
holistic way of living. Yes you are a strong force. We don't realize how
powerful our minds and souls are till we test them out. So I feel your spirit
is telling and showing you that you are strong and can do anything. So I would
be happy and just think all is well. If you really do want to sleep. I would
buy some dried lavender and sit in bed and take a few sniffs of that stuff,
blimey that will put you to sleep lolzz. I discovered that by accident one
time. I bought it to put around my home. I just could not keep my nose away
from it. It just smelled too good. Before I knew it I had drifted into a nice
sleep on my sofa. Make sure it is fresh dried lavender natural and not the fake
dried perfumed stuff. Don't sniff if you driving or handling machinery.”

spiritual cleansing and enlightenment manifesting on the spiritual, mental,
emotional and physical planes like some form of dramatic rebirth. There was
something you had to let go of for the spiritual enlightenment to manifest. As a result of this you will probably notice
that the world around you and how you relate to it has changed in a subtle but
significant way..in alignment with your own spirit brings its own validation
in ways that no-one else can dictate, so you are quite right in saying that
those who think you should do xy and z to conform to their reality can go take
a hike..”
Charlotte writes "Wow that was full on what you went though. Could have been a numerous of things. I always trust in the body to get rid of what shouldn’t be there from what we might have been exposed to. I personally am not one to take any anti nausea tablets. I personally believe that you should let things run it’s course. Always stay hydrated and keep your natural electrolytes up. Charcoal, Bentonite clay, magnesium and a good probiotic usually fixes my kids. The not sleeping is pretty strange. Maybe emf disturbing the body on top of it. I have found since I got a EMF protector for my home I’ve not had insomnia and all wifi shut of at night."
